Comments:
This bike inspires confidence. Once you ride it, then ride your previous bike it is then you realize how perfectly tuned this bike is. Smooth as silk, rolls faster then other bikes downhill, very fast! You can crank hard and it stays on track, peddle down hill fast and it doesn't even bump. Very exact steering puts you where ever you point it. The center of gravity for rider is perfect, can ride with no hands on bars and it feels balanced. Bumps are insulated and hardly felt with no decrease in performance. This is ideal for long rides of a century per day over a couple of weeks, excellent riding position. Fast! so fast, you can get this bike and really move. Designed for DI2 9000. The brakes are awesome. Out of a fleet of trek road bikes, I pick this one every time for my daily ride. No other bike measures up to this level of performance!

Comments:
I have owned 5 Treks within the past 3 years. 2 Maddens, one Factory Racing, and a P1 trip color cutie which I still have and last (best of all) the new Series 9.2 with DI-2 (which I had the Trek dealer transfer to the new bike from my Trek Factory Racing "Maserati." The bike rides like a dream. It is quick, responsive, and has (of course) the ISO system which gives a little forgiveness to the bumps, potholes and the other garbage we all encounter on the road. I am considered a upper intermediate rider putting in around 170 to 200 miles a week with around 3 centuries a year. It is not only an "eye catcher" with it stealthy look but it rides what I call "bright' quick and still gives some road relief from the bumps of the road.
