Click & Collect Shopping
Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly.
We will email you once your order is received in our system and is being processed. You will receive another email confirming when your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store.
Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders must be picked up within 30 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged with balance returned to in-store credit under your customer account.
Online Bicycle Purchases
We are not able to ship bicycles purchased online. However all the bicycles on our website are available Click and Collect. Find the bike and size you want, and order it online. You can also pick the location of your choice for pick-up and have it ready and waiting for you when you arrive at the store. If you would like to add accessories and have them installed, simply add them to the cart and write in the notes what you would like installed.

Parts, Accessories, and Clothing – If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can bring it to any one of our stores. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with the original receipt. We offer 30 day full refund or exchange.

Bicycles can be returned within 30 days if in new and unused condition. When you pick up your bike we will review it with you and make sure it meets your expectations.
Bikes that have been accessorized are subject to a 20% restocking fee on each accessory that is being returned.
**Most apparel brands we carry offer a comfort guarantee. Ask a sales associate for details or check the brand’s website.
Sweet Pete's offers ground shipping within Canada only! We feature Purolator Ground (trackable) shipping on most online purchases (please note all bicycles can not be shipped). Online orders* over $100 (before tax) qualify for free ground shipping. *excluding bicycles
Ground shipping rates on online orders are as follows,
Orders with a pretax total of up to $50.00 - $9.99 via Purolator Ground service with tracking
Orders with a pretax total of up to $99.99 - $14.99 via Purolator Ground service with tracking

All online orders ship from our Bloordale (1204 Bloor St W) location Monday to Friday. We do not process or ship online orders on weekends or statutory holidays. Most online orders are processed within 24hrs of order placement. Some orders may require additional processing time due to the size of the order, location of the order products or volume of orders being processed. If your order is delayed, we will contact you via e-mail with an estimated order ship date.
We will contact you if any purchase item from your order is found to be unavailable due to an inventory discrepancy. When you submit an order through our e-comm store, your credit card is pre-authorized for the total order cost (including applicable taxes and shipping). Prior to shipping your order, Sweet Pete's will only charge the amount that reflects the total cost of the shipped product(s) and applicable taxes and shipping costs. Out of stock order items that are cancelled will not be included in the final charge to your card. We reserve the right to cancel any online orders due to suspicious activity or for any other security reasons.

We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.
We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.
If you have an issue with your product please don’t hesitate to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you believe it's a manufacturers defect and would like to inquire about a warranty, send us an email and we can assist in the process. A detailed and sharp photo(s) of the defective product might be required along with the original receipt.
If the product you would like to warranty is from a brand we sell but was purchased elsewhere we can still help as long as you have the original receipt. This process may take some time for company reps to review; please allow for at least two weeks to process.
We know your gear gets wet and dirty through regular outdoor use, but please clean it off before photographing it or bringing it in.
You can request a gift receipt in your package either along with a regular receipt or by itself in the comments box on the Checkout screen. Items which are returned with a Gift Receipt can only be used for in-store credit or exchange.
