Online Bicycle Purchases
We are not able to ship bicycles purchased online. However all the bicycles on our website are available for Click and Collect. Find the bike and size you want, and order it online. If you can not find the bike you want, contact email@example.com and we'll check if or when that bike might become available. If you would like to add accessories and have them installed, simply add them to the cart and write in the notes what you would like installed.
Sweet Pete's offers ground shipping within Canada only! We feature Canada Post Regular Parcel Service (trackable) shipping on most online purchases (please note all bicycles can not be shipped). Online orders* over $100 (before tax) qualify for free ground shipping. *excluding bicycles
Ground shipping rates on online orders are as follows,

eScooters will have a $35 flat rate for shipping.
All online orders ship from our Bloordale (1204 Bloor St W) location Monday to Friday. We do not ship online orders on weekends or statutory holidays. Most online orders are processed within 24hrs of order placement. Some orders may require additional processing time due to the size of the order, location of the order products or volume of orders being processed. If your order is delayed, we will contact you via e-mail with an estimated order ship date.
We will contact you if any purchase item from your order is found to be unavailable due to an inventory discrepancy. When you submit an order through our e-comm store, your credit card is pre-authorized for the total order cost (including applicable taxes and shipping). Prior to shipping your order, Sweet Pete's will only charge the amount that reflects the total cost of the shipped product(s) and applicable taxes and shipping costs. Out of stock order items that are cancelled will not be included in the final charge to your card. All online orders over $150 not being picked up in store, the ship to address must match the billing address*. We reserve the right to cancel any online orders due to suspicious activity or for any other security reasons. *Exceptiions can apply if being shipped to a valid business address.

Click & Collect Shopping
Most orders will be ready within two business days. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly.
We will email you once your order is received in our system and is being processed. You will receive another email confirming when your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store.
Unless special arrangements are made in advance, Store pick-up orders that are completely fulfilled (all items are ready for pick-up) will be available for 30 days. Orders not collected within this timeframe will be canceled and refunded to the original method of payment.
**Due to recent parts shortages we reserve the right to limit the purchase of service parts to one unit per customer.**
Home delivery is available for purchases of bicycles within the City of Toronto. Deliveries are fulfilled only on Wednesdays and Fridays. The delivery fee is determined based on your postal code and will be displayed at check-out. Bikes can only be delivered to the billing address associated with the order. For parts and accessories, Sweet Pete's continues to offer free shipping on orders over $100.
If you are purchasing accessories along with your bike we can install them for you. Just add in the comments what you would like us to do. Once your order is placed someone will reach out to you by phone or email to let you know when your order will be delivered.

When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.
We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.
If you have an issue with your product please don’t hesitate to email us at email@example.com. If you believe it's a manufacturers defect and would like to inquire about a warranty, send us an email and we can assist in the process. A detailed and sharp photo(s) of the defective product might be required along with the original receipt.
If the product you would like to warranty is from a brand we sell but was purchased elsewhere we can still help as long as you have the original receipt. This process may take some time for company reps to review; please allow for at least two weeks to process.
We know your gear gets wet and dirty through regular outdoor use, but please clean it off before photographing it or bringing it in.
You can request a gift receipt in your package either along with a regular receipt or by itself in the comments box on the Checkout screen. Items which are returned with a Gift Receipt can only be used for in-store credit or exchange.
