On today's road bikes, silver stands out amid the sea of stealthy black color schemes. This time-honored handlebar color is available on the Zipp Service Course 70 XPLR, our newest drop-bar offering. The bar's moniker, XPLR, exemplifies the desire to explore the world with an expanded definition of cycling on a drop bar bicycle — from paved roads to gravel, mud, dirt, and even singletrack. The Service Course 70 XPLR helps you go faster by placing your body, starting with your hands, in an optimal "comfort zone" position for hours of rough riding over mixed terrain. Whether on a two-hour training ride from home or a 200-mile gravel adventure, today's riders demand more of their cockpit: comfort, control, and the ability to carry what they need. We met these needs by creating a bar with shallow and wide drops while focusing on two crucial metrics — outsweep and flare. - Bar drops provide a wider, balanced, and secure position with drops that are about 6cm wider than the hoods position for technical or intense riding. - The 70 XPLR features an ergonomic top with an extended 100mm clamping area for computer mounts, aero-extensions, bags, and whatever else you may need for the long haul. - Reach: 70mm - Drop: 115mm

Plus, it's shot peened and anodized for added strength and durability.
This is an aerobar defined by fit. Unlike aerobars of the past that had their fit and adjustability range restricted by design and construction, the Aeria Ultimate places fit first. The Aeria Ultimate is a durable, low profile carbon aerobar designed with an expandable adjustability range and custom fit for the ideal TT setup for each individual rider’s body type. It features an extensive range of independent adjustment of reach and width in the smallest increments, stack adjustment with lowest stack available without extensions placed below the basebar, and built-in tilt adjustment of the integrated bracket allowing the armrests to be rotated separately from the extensions without adding stack height. - Reach adjustment range: Increments of 7.5mm with range of 92mm fore/aft - Adjustable stack of 25 to 105mm in 5mm increments to achieve the same pad stack as aerobars with extensions placed below the basebar - All dimensional adjustments are independent of each other to achieve desired fit with no need to calculate adjustments in order to make changes - Tilt adjustment is built into the pad/extension bracket with a range up to 15 degrees - rotating the armrests separate from the extensions improves overall aerodynamics without raising stack height - Includes F-40 Armrest with offset bolt pattern featuring nine times fore/aft positioning with 67.5mm adjustment range, 18,5mm width adjustment between position, and 15 degrees rotational adjustment - Stem sold separately Tech specs: - Bracket: Aeria Ultimate Forged - Stack: 25mm to 105mm (5mm Increments) - Reach: -21mm to 92mm (7.5mm Increments) - Width: 125mm to 252mm (18.5mm Increments) - Extension Length Adjustment: 230mm to 337mm (Center of Basebar to Tip) - Extension Length: 378mm - Extension Height: 71mm - Extension Angle: 30° (For T4+ Carbon) - Bracket Tilt Adjustment: 0-15° - Weight: 910g (without stem or armrest risers)
The WING/10a offers great fit versatility - allowing the rider to fine-tune the grip height for their riding style and comfort preferences. The straight hand grips are part of the flippable design that allows the grip height to be modified by 10mm. For optimal aero performance, the bar should be set in the low position to increase the separation from the armrests. Aero The Wing/10a employs a truncated airfoil (Kamm Tail) to stay within UCI regulations while offering the performance of a much deeper section. This, along with tidying up the underside of the wing where the cables used to exit has led to a small improvement in performance. For optimal aero performance the bar should be set in the low position to increase the separation from the armrests. Fit Data - The WING/10a is available in the following widths: 36, 38, 40, 42, 44 - The straight hand grips are part of the flippable design that allows the grip height to be modified by 10mm. The grip length can also be trimmed by up to 30mm. - The WING/10a offers the greatest fit versatility of any alloy basebar we’ve previously made, allowing the rider to fine tune for their riding style and comfort preferences. - An additional reason for the truncated design of the wing was to improve hand comfort when sitting up on the bar tops
Thomson's Carbon Road Handlebars are as light, stiff and strong as they are beautiful. In collaboration with 77 Designz , We Are One Composites have manufactured one of the world's lightest and strongest bar and stem combos. The issue they tried to improve was the clamp force creating weak points at the bar to stem clamp interface. Testing and fatigue have shown that the interface between a regular stem and carbon bar can be hazardous. Irregular clamping force, low tolerance bar diameter, and harsh interactions between the bar and stem are the root cause of these issues. Their unique, yet simple design maximizes clamping surface area while spreading the clamping force through the whole area of the sleeve. With their patent pending location nipple on their carbon bar. With the carbon nipple, you can ensure alignment is perfect and capture the sleeve so it does not rotate. Da Bar has also been designed to a 33mm diameter in order to drop the stiffness and allow for the sleeve to slide into our 35mm clamp diameter of Da Stem. A new way of thinking about 35mm. Smart design meets absolute manufacturing excellence!

When designing the all-new Ridgeline aluminum trail handlebar, our goal was to create the perfect trail bar that disappears beneath you while encouraging you to chase adventure and seek out new experiences wherever possible. We precisely targeted lower rise options at 15mm and 25mm with a stable width of 800mm for a more efficient and aggressive position on the bike. To do this, we took an oversized 35mm bore platform and dispersed the load over an 800mm width. It was critical for us to keep the weight down without sacrificing strength. This is where our unique proprietary Gradient Butting Technology shines, allowing us to remove excess material in areas of less stress and fatigue that can cause the stiff feeling commonly felt with other 35mm handlebars on the market. We can then add material to areas of greater stress and fatigue to increase the long-term strength and durability. This gives you, the rider, more confidence to chase new experiences and forget about the gear beneath you. Our goal is for you to become one with the bike and never let up on chasing your new adventure! - Oversized 35mm Bore Aluminum Handlebar - Designed for Enduro / All Mountain / Trail - Incredibly detailed two-tone bead blasted and polished ano finish - Custom butted 7075 T73 aluminum utilizing our proprietary Gradient Butting Technology - 800mm wide - 9 degree bend x 5 degree upsweep - Flex and deflection characteristics designed to match the Skyline handlebar - Features measured cut marks and center alignment detail - Black ano finish with colored graphics - Weight: 303 grams
The 16° backsweep provides a natural transition from lower arm to the hand. This is especially important with handlebars of width greater than 700 mm. The 10mm forward reach almost make up for the reduced reach which the higher sweep provides. The 5° upsweep bring the elbows into a perfect position for a dynamic riding style. Only the best in materials are used. Careful and precise bending and manufacturing processes make the SQlab 311 one of the most advanced handlebars on the market. The backsweep largely stems from the motocross arena where a similar backsweep and upsweep is custom. Only if the ergonomics are 100% perfect, you can ride at maximum pace and your body endure the associated high strain in the long run. The handlebar may not be used at bikeparks and for downhill-bikes. Also available in 27.0 mm along with a reduction shim for 31.8 mm stems. The smaller diameter increases the bar's flex properties. The shim - available in both plastic or aluminium – ensures a good fit of the bar in the stem and reduces the stress raisers at the edge of the stem. The pictured stem is not included in the scope of delivery. - Area of use: MTB tech and trail - Weight: 320g - Clamping: 31.8mm - Width: 740mm - Shortened maximum width: 700mm - Backsweep: 16° - Upsweep: 2.5° - Stretch: 10mm - Material: Aluminum
