Many smaller details make this bag unique, an internal organizer for easy access to documents, maps, tablet, wallet, etc. This means you won’t have to empty half the bag to reach these. A plastic protector at the bottom backside of the pannier adds protection between the bag and the rack and will avoid any premature wear caused by friction against the rack. We also added D-rings for an optional shoulder strap, This is very practical when travelling at the airport or simply carrying your panniers around at the end of a long ride. Arkel offer the Cam-Lock hook system as a separate piece, just in case you have an old pannier bag that could use a little spiffing up! The Cam-Lock retro fit kit is available with two different track length 8” and 10” to perfectly match your needs. The Cam-Lock® will automatically fit rack tubing of 8mm to 15mm diameter. Their system is foolproof and lasts forever—why not use it on your other brand of panniers? The kit comes pre-assembled with everything except the tools to install it! This deluxe shoulder strap can comfortably carry one or two panniers off the bike.The webbing is a tightly woven nylon with a comfortable shoulder pad. The shoulder strap is adjustable in length and the hooks have an integrated swivel to prevent twisting of the strap for ease of operation and increased comfort.
