Trek Marlin 7
$1,019.99
Marlin 7 is where race-worthy mountain bikes begin. The smooth, lightweight RockShox fork and upgraded parts make this model the best choice for new riders who want a fast cross country hardtail that will hold its own against our higher-end race bikes. It's right for you if... - You're new to the trail but have serious singletrack aspirations, and want a race-worthy mountain bike with upgrades on the parts that make a big difference in performance, like a higher quality suspension fork and a wide-range 1x drivetrain. The tech you get - A light frame with internal shift cable and brake hose cable routing, a smoother-feeling RockShox Judy fork with a lockout, Shimano hydraulic disc brakes, and a simple 1x drivetrain that ditches the front derailleur for less clutter and easier operation. Don't worry, with the wide-range 11-46 cassette, you still get all the gears you need for clawing up climbs and blazing down descents. The final word - The RockShox suspension, wide range of gearing, and quality parts make it the best choice in the Marlin lineup for new mountain bikers who know they want a serious bike for their money. It’s fully capable of taking on off-road marathon rides and XC races. Why you'll love it - This is one of our most popular bikes for good reason. You get all the value, plus all the versatility—it's a totally race-worthy mountain bike, with rear rack mounts if you use it for commuting too - It's really fun to ride, and feels like a much more expensive mountain bike - Great suspension at an even better price - The 1x drivetrain gives you all the gears you need and none you don’t - Marlin models in XS and S frame sizes have a curved top tube and a lower standover height that makes it easier for smaller riders to mount and dismount
Kona Big Kahuna
$1,699.99
How do you take a race-ready cross-country machine and make it into the bike you ride everyday? Kona shows us how with their Big Kahuna, a svelte, race-ready aluminum hardtail with plus-sized 27.5 x 2.8-inch Schwalbes to grab handfuls of traction and float over gnarly terrain. These meaty tires raise the fun factor along with the bike’s versatility, enhanced by a 100mm RockShox Recon RL fork that keeps the front end tracking and your excitement high. That all-important rubber is well-supported by a pair of 40mm-wide WTB Scraper rims which are light enough to make their formidable strength seem impossible. All this rolling stock gets moving thanks to drivetrain components from Shimano and RaceFace, married in a 2x10-speed system with go-anywhere range. And, Shimano’s hydraulic disc brakes give you braking abilities that’ll make you contemplate equipping the bike with a seatbelt. Defy traditional bike boundaries and see what you can do on a Big Kahuna.

Kona Kahuna
$1,699.99
It’s called the Kahuna for a reason. This bike is the king of our classic hardtail lineup and it’s often the bike that makes people realize how awesome a mountain bike can be. With its confidence-inspiring progressive geometry, 29" wheels, and internal cable routing for an optional dropper post, the Kahuna is at home on your local singletrack or flow park. The 2021 Kahuna receives some nice upgrades with internal cable routing and new dropouts. Shimano’s new Deore 12-speed drivetrain and hydraulic disc brakes take this bike to the next level. Kona 6061 Aluminum Kona 7005 and 6061 Aluminum alloys are used extensively throughout our fleet of mountain and asphalt bicycles. A tough, durable, light alloy, both Kona 7005 and 6061 deliver fantastic, reliable performance that lasts for thousands of rides. Much of our 7005/6061 tubing is butted and/or formed, meaning the tubing’s wall thickness can be increased or decreased as well as shaped, so we can fine-tune a particular frame’s strength and ride characteristics depending on its intended application. Internal Headset Bearing cups are actually pressed into the frame and are easily removable. An internal headset also reduces stack height, so the height of the stem and bars are more adjustable, giving the rider the best fit possible. Tapered Head Tube More girth at the bottom of the head tube better distributes shock force, prolonging the bearing life of the headset itself and eliminating brake shudder, while providing confident steering performance. The inherent strength of its triangular design also means a stronger steering position and improved balance, giving the rider more control in rough terrain. A zero-stack, tapered head tube also puts strength where the load is going—into the lower headset cup—maximizing bearing durability where it’s needed. Tubeless Compatible Rims Tubeless rims allow for tires with more puncture resistance; the ability to run lower tire pressure, which provides better tire grip on the trail; lower rolling resistance; and weight savings over traditional tube and tire systems.
