The winter can be cruel to cyclists and it’s often hard to stay motivated and even harder to stay fit. We know this struggle all too well. This winter we’re offering spinning options to keep your fitness up and your motivation maxed. Whether you are looking for an alternative to a gym routine, aiming to be ready to ride for spring or want to train for the race season, we’ll get your legs spinning in the right direction. All you need is a road bike and a trainer tire, we provide the trainer. We're starting earlier this year with the same weekly class structure as last season giving you 20 weeks of training to prepare you for Spring 2020, starting Wednesday November 13th, 2019. Again, we'll use a periodic training schedule building for 3 weeks and recover for one week. The goal through the season is to increase the intensity and duration of the workouts to build fitness so you'll hit the road/trail riding in early April. We use Tacx Satori Smart magnetic trainers that are Bluetooth, ANT+ ready. Pair them with your smartphone to get speed, distance, power and cadence while you ride. Bring along your tablet or cycling computer to take the data from your ride home with you. Choose from our weekly Wednesday Hump Day Evening Ride, Tuesday and Thursday Morning Pre-work Rides, Saturday Morning Women's Only Ride or our 90 Minute Sunday Morning Ride. Our highly trained, upbeat and incredibly friendly instructors are just waiting to push your limits, whatever they may be.
