Sweet Pete's Indoor Cycling Session Pass

It's been almost 2 years since we've been able to get together for some indoor riding. We're ready to start things back up. Any winter is cruel for cyclists and the past two have been especially lonely for some. We'll be starting our indoor cycling classes back up this winter to help keep your fitness up and your motivation maxed in a safe, socially distanced environment. All you need is a road bike and a trainer tire, we provide the trainer.

We're starting in December this year with a different weekly class structure, starting Wednesday December 1st, 2021. We'll use a periodic training schedule building for 3 weeks and recover for one week, putting your FTP to work! The goal through the season is to increase the intensity and duration of the workouts to build fitness so you'll hit the road/trail riding in early April.

We have new trainers this year, Tacx Flow Smart magnetic trainers that are Bluetooth, ANT+ ready. Pair them with your smartphone to get speed, distance, power and cadence while you ride. Bring along your tablet or cycling computer to take the data from your ride home with you.

Choose from our weekly Wednesday Hump Day Evening Ride, Tuesday and Thursday Morning Pre-Work Rides, or our 90 minute Sunday Morning Ride.

Conveniently purchase online a single session pass, a 5 or 10 session pass bundle or our unlimited season pass for our 2021/22 Indoor Spin Season at our Bloordale store at 1204 Bloor St West.
