The Urban Cycling Guide is a short, inexpensive, straight forward guide for cyclists that covers everything from cyclist rights, bike repairs, rules, policy and street safe behavior. Yvonne was the founding executive director of the Toronto Cyclists Union (now Cycle Toronto). The book is easy to digest and aesthetically pleasing (the illustrations by Marc Ngui are really cool).
