Sugoi Helium Jacket

Weighing only 65g, Sugoi’s new Helium Jacket weighs as little as a chocolate bar and packs down small enough to fit completely in a jersey pocket. Despite its small size, its textured polyester shell fabric claims to be exceptionally windproof and water-resistant and “impervious to all but the most drenching downpours.”

To achieve the low weight, SUGOI designers got creative; the armpit zips were replaced with tiny, unstructured venting holes and a semi-fitted form reduced overall fabric weight.

For visibility and safety, Helium uses Scotchlite™ reflective material the length of the torso. With a full-length zipper, rear zip pocket and drop-length tail, the Helium is perfect for running, hiking or riding, or any activity where threatening weather looms.
